I am Andres, 16 years old and live with my parents, my sister Chine and my dogs Lemon & Cello in Broechem.

DFK KART DRIVER 2021 - 2024
In 2021 I started my journey in the DFK karting team.
Started in the 9hp class and many podium places later, I got my first 2-stroke Iame X30 junior. Together with DFK and Bartosz, my regular mechanic/coach, we had to work hard to get to the front, sometimes with great success, sometimes less.

When I turned 15 I was allowed to ride in the senior class, a top class with riders from all over Europe.

Here I notice the difference between the drivers who started karting when they were 6-7 years old or myself 3 years ago. But despite this, we occasionally achieved success. The great thing is that both the DFK team and Bartosz continue to push you to achieve success. PushPush #477

I was able to race in the DFK team for 3 years and I have to thank them in advance for the great time and the tough learning experience.

In 2023 I was allowed to register for the RACB racing license and was finally allowed on the track.
We were able to test with Ford Fiesta Cup, Mazda Cup, BMW and Euro Nascar, now my dream became reality. When I was 16, I took my exam and was finally able to race.

IC MOTORSPORT BMW 2024
In 2024 I started my second chapter at IC MOTORSPORT and it was a very exciting moment and a great feeling to cover my first kilometers in Zolder with their BMW 325 racing car. In the meantime we achived 2 podium places in the Belcar Sprint Race and P1 in my first Belcar Endurance at Zolder
Now, in 2024, I look forward to successfully driving the Belcar Endurance together with the IC Motorsport / Car Care Peeters family and also to driving the 24h Van Zolder. Furthermore, I will take on new challenges and write the next lines of my journey together with them!
